1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CeraGhost's ceramic coating services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

CeraGhost Inc. provides ceramic coating services for vehicles, residencies, office spaces, warehouses, and other industrial spaces within our discretion. Our services are designed to enhance the appearance and protection of your vehicle's exterior surfaces.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our ceramic coating services is available on our website or provided upon request. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments for ceramic coating services can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. We strive to adhere to the scheduled appointment times; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds are offered for any of our services performed. There is a $25 no-show penalty if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours. There are no refunds on the ceramic coatings or any other product that was sold by CeraGhost Inc. There are no refunds on the annual Installer Membership. By purchasing our services, products, and/or memberships you agree to these terms.

6. Warranty

We offer a limited 12-month warranty on our ceramic coating services. For this warranty to be in effect the coated vehicle or surface must be maintained by CeraGhost Inc. approved installers. This warranty ONLY covers defects in the application of the coating. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or neglect. No warranty on previously repaired, and previously painted vehicles.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the home is clean and free of debris, dirt before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

8. Limitation of Liability

CereGhost Inc. is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our ceramic coating services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by CeraGhost Inc., including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Modifications

CeraGhost Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
